Our PTA [Parent-Teacher Association] is one of the keys to our school's success. The PTA is a proud and active part of the Charles R. Hadley Elementary School family. The PTA actively serves the students in our school and is always actively planning many exciting fundraising events throughout the school year. Your commitment and support of our efforts will benefit the children of our school.

Membership is only $6.00 per family. We welcome you to become part of our PTA! If you are interested in joining or would like further information, please contact the school .
 

Volunteer Interest Areas

Fundraising
:  Assist in fall catalog fundraiser (reconciling orders, counting money, distributing orders and organizing).

 Fall/Spring Pictures: Volunteers are needed to collect picture packets and count the money. Fall pictures are scheduled October 29th and Spring pictures are scheduled for March 4/5th.

 Pizza Sales (all year): Help sell pizza once a week. Either Tuesday or Thursday from 3 to 3:30pm.

 School Supplies Sales (all year): Help sell school supplies at the entrance of the school. Mondays from 8:00am to 8:30am.

 Traffic: Volunteers needed from 7:45 to 8:30am to direct traffic in front of the school.

 Membership Drive: October 1st-October 30th.  Volunteers needed to help collect PTA memberships from each classroom.

 Hospitality: Harvest house (October 2009), Bazaar/Art Exhibit/Spaghetti Dinner (February 2010). End of the year carnival (May 2010).
